Think about it this way instead - if your child feels comfortable with toy guns, how will he react when his friend shows him his dad's real one??????? My children were NEVER allowed to even pretend with their fingers.....

Toy guns are dangerous. The cops are so badly trained nowadays, they will probably shoot your kid if the see him with one.
