DVR is the abbreviation for digital video recorder. This is a machine similar to a dvd player, but this digitally records and saves your chosen television shows. This allows you to view them at a later time. The number one brand name you may know of is TIVO.

You can set this hard drive to record or keep certion media such as music, and movies. As well as saving it it is at your fingure tips to enjoy whenever you might feel like it.
