Let your daughter? What kids of question is that? When your daughter is old enough to marry she is old enough to choose who she will love. Parents have no control over that, they may not like something that the kids do but they will have to accept it. Hypothetically, If you had your choice on whether your daughter married a white guy who abused her wheter physically or mentally or a black guy who treated her well which would you choose? Oh wait never mind I already know what your racist answer will be, I have seen your other questions!

Honestly the question sounds like do I want my daughter to go thru this? Your daughter knows what you may think, she knows the bounderies you have set for her growing up. She knows and understands your beleifs. You have taught her to make sound decisions and to be true to herself. She has allof the qualities that you have instilled in her. With all of this being said she has apparently made a decision with the knowledge that you may not like it, but has the strength to come to you and be honest. Admire her for the traits you have givin her and respect her for coming to you, love her for being your daughter and trust her to make the right decision. Life is full of lessons. None ever stops learning.

I'd support my daughter if she wanted to marry a black guy or a black girl, she'd always be my daughter.

Would I LET my wht daughter marry a blk guy? I don't think it is my decision who she falls in love with. I think I would support my daughter no matter what color her husbands/fiance skin might be. how would you feel if you were criticized for who you fell in love with. give her a break and be supportive.

Of course! Love is love, and a good man is a good man, no matter what the color is. Black people are every bit as good as white people.

as one's life on this material earth is but limited, we are but here to impart our idea of knowlege and standards and it is the rest of them (in your case, your daughter) to internalize and understand the different aspects of life that comes with a choice that one makes. further exposure to these aspects can greatly aid in the decision making. bottom line is she is going to live with her choice but you are there to make her aware of what the consequences of her actions would be.

I can't tell her who to love. As long as he gives her all the love, respect and dignity she deserves it wouldn't matter what color he was.

Sure. It's her life and if he's an honorable man who treats her well, why not? If that's what she wants to do.
