I'm in very very similar situation. No love - it's gone. Not even the same bedroom. We are married on paper only. As much as it pains you, you have to take action. I've learned some things and let me share them with you.
If she holds all the cards, were these cards obtained DURING the marriage? If so then its LEGALLY split 50/50 - it IS possible to get out. everything from property to businesses to 401's to investments. I can walk out with over $100k in my pocket - more than enough to move to a lower cost of living area and start over. If your employ is low pay like mine, this works in your favor.
You need to be happy. Daily misery is like stabbing yourself - I've been bleeding for a long time and I'm taking action at the opportune time. Seek Legal advice (with a free consultation), he will tell you the same thing.
If you want to chat on this, please feel free to email me.

Absolutely .
Just one question, how will you react if you find out that the other person is also cheating & is giving herself a chance .
Life is too short to be unhappy but don't end up doing something that will make you miserable . Do whatever makes you happy, just make sure you don't hurt anyone or atleast you can manage not to hurt anyone .
ps.# try making the existing person happy . Sometimes our ego doesnt allow us . You must have had some good moments with her . So give it a chance + you will have nothing to lose .

First of all if you don't love them, tell them and end the relationship. Cheating is never OK. Yes you are cheating yourself and you other half. Bad for both of you. Every deserves happiness. Unfortunately many people will save someone from the hurt of leaving and justify cheating. In the long run, the hurt is so much greater to know that someone you loved cheated on you. Walk away first, then have your fun.

If you are married and no longer love the person you are with you should get a divorce before looking for someone else. By cheating you are not only cheating on your partner you are cheating on your marriage and if there are children involved you are also cheating on them. In any relationship, before you cheat break off the relationship...otherwise you ARE cheating yourself, out of the respect of other's.

Bs there is no way out of the relationship, you can get out you just lose your cards, you shouldn't have put yourself in that position. What do you think happens if this card holding tyrant finds out you cheated? Well, you lose everything anyway AND become one of 'those' guys. Just leave and take your financial lumps and be smarter in the future.

You should never cheat. End the current relationship before starting another. Claiming that she holds all the cards is ridiculous. You made choices...if you don't like the outcome of those choices, change your choices! Take responsibility for your life.

Wow, you're so full of it that u actually believe your own silliness! Cheating is cheating and is never the solution to the problem. If u don't love them anymore then leave. There are no excuses. Don't ask for a wishbone where your backbone should be.

I'm not sure if your cheating yourself but you are definetly sacrificing happiness. If your specifically talking about sex I think sex is sex but thats just me. Mybe you two should work on your relationship but if you are not involved then I believe you should move on. Like you said life is too short to be unhappy. Good luck and sorry it didn't work out.

You need to end one relationship BEFORE going on to the next one.
If you don't love her why keep her thinking that you do? Be honest with yourself and with this one that your so unhappy with. Who knows by letting her know what you have liked and disliked about your relationship it might just open it to improvement IF not then the change of moving on to another partner ....

Your question is somewhat confusing and misleading. If you have a relationship with someone and you do not love the person anymore, get out of it. All thieves are people with low self esteem and little respect for themselves. Life is to great to be disrespectful and immoral. Leave the other person alone.
