How tall do you want to be? Maybe you are tall enough all ready!
There are only two ways that I can think of that could make you taller and one to make you look taller. There is a hormone treatment that can make a person taller and they can do it by surgery, but this takes a long time and not recommended only in extreme
cases of shortness. The other way is through dressing. Wearing clothes that have vertical stripes and elevator shoes.
But as others have said correctly, it's a matter of genes and heredity that determines your height. So you really are going to have to just adjust and live with it.

Go back in time and get different parents.

Height is genetic. You'll get it when you get it.

However, pilates is said to help make you "look" taller and thinner. Give that a shot.
