yes. my pig, diana, had a litter of seven. most of her litters were 3-5 as everyone else has been saying. mama pigs are amazing, considering they only have to teats and still manage to care for all their babies. and that one girl who said you should never breed pigs that are older than 8 months is full of crap. you should never breed a female FOR THE FIRST time if she is older than eight months, because her hipbones fuse and she can't deliver. but once she's had a litter, breed away! the pig diana had 32 babies in the course of her life and lived longer than any other piggies of mine: 6 years. just be sure you have homes for the potential babies before you get too carried away.

Yes, guinea pigs can have up to 8 or nine pups. The average litter is often around 3 to five. The larger the litter, the longer the gestation period. A sow guinea pig with a large litter will need more help in caring for her babies, though, if it's her first time with more than five pups. You shouldnt be alarmed at her size though. I had a sow get to three times her size and had only 2 pups, and she and the babies came out healthy as ever.

Guinea pigs can have anywhere from 1-8 babies, most have 2-4. By the way, I would try to prevent the mom from having any more litters in the future as guinea pigs shouldn't be bred that often. Also, guinea pigs should NEVER be bred over the age of eight months old. Good luck with the piggies!

Yes. They can have more than 3 or 4. Mine usually have 3 or 4 per litter, I have never had anymore than 4. I do know others who have had many more in 1 litter.

Aww! that's ok, fairly! they're albino. that's genetic and can take place in any creature. It occurs because of the fact of melanin that's no longer existent, which motives skin, hair, and eyes to have partial or complete loss of pigmentation (shade). they're completly wholesome toddlers!!!! i've got seen numerous guinea pigs with this and it fairly won't influence them in any respect. All that's is the substance that creates shade is lacking. that's it. No well being problems besides those any customary guinea pig might desire to come down with. fairly. have exciting with your New Guinea pigs!!!
