IN the trunk area there is a wire harness that comes from the front of the car. It is usually on the left side of Chrysler products.

Pull the covers away from the taillights and look for the harness. If it comes on the left you should see black, brown, green, and yellow at the very least. Chrysler has historically used those colors for Black=ground, brown=tailights, green=right turn signal, yellow=left turn signal. The problem here is that you will need a convertor to allow the extra lights to work properly. The turn signal lenses on the neon I worked on were amber, and the stoplights were red. So that means there is a seperate wire for them on the car but unless you're using seperate lights for each, you have to combine the wires from stop and turn to make them work.

Without a convertor device the turn signals would make the stop lights blink. Ask any good parts store about it, or head to the dealer. Use Good connectors or in time they will corrode and lose contact.

Be sure to refasten the tailight covers they are there to protect the bulbs from anything you might put in the trunk.

Tie into the existing wires for each light as close to the original light as possible For example brake lights tie in as close to brake light fixture as possible...I would reccomend using (scotch locks type connectors)if you havent heard of them just ask your local auto parts store for them and after the connections are made tape each connection good with electrical tape to protect from mud water and corrision ,ect

you can either do it the rear part of the harness,,or there is an adapter you can but that keeps you from having to cut in to the wires,,good luck with it,,i hope this help,s.
