It really depends on if you're male or female, and if you're around other people or not, and if you're actually driving it.
If you're female, I'd really not suggest it.
If you're male and you can do it, go ahead if it makes you happy, although watch out if you hit a bump. Plastic bags sometimes have holes in them so, so I really wouldn't recommend it.
And if somebody else sees it, you could be charged with indecent exposure or something of the sort, so you might want to be in private somewhere where no one will see.
My oldest brother was handicapped at one point and couldn't walk, and he had to go BAD, so we brought him a cup from the nearest restaurant, we all got out of the car and turned away, let him do his business and as an act of humor, he set the cup down on the ground. Ew. But I can understand in his situation.

The plastic grocery bags I get usually have a hole somewhere in the bottom seam.
Use a baggie instead. Or better yet, pull over.'

its not ok to pee in a plastic bag no matter if your driving or pulled over lol.. the plastic bag will probably leak all over you. the sensible thing to do is to pull over and find a restaurant or a gas station to use the restroom or a rest stop

depends on if you are on your way to work or from work home. very large part of this major decision you have tabled to us.
I would check the grocery bag for holes, another crucial issue
then I would look around at how heavy the traffic was and how many red lights you are going to go through
and finally how bad do you have to go. if you don't have to go real bad, can't you wait till you find a tree or fire hydrant to hike your leg on?

I think you should put the plastic bag over your head instead. However, don't do this while driving..... pull over first.

No to both of them. , if u have to pull over just pee on the ground what are u trying to do save the stuff ? Just pull over on all occasions , me personally i dont want contained urine in my car ....

Keep a plastic bottle with a cap in your glove compartment. Make sure if fits snugly over your doodah, but not too snugly lest you confuse it with your girlfriend.
PS: Keep a wide-mouth Mickey beer bottle in the glove box for your female friends.

uh... most plastic grocery bags are not water proof / air tight. You'd get all wet.
