Money, Power and Manipulation betwixt an elite few.

America is only as powerful as its people; which are neither informed truthfully or interested enough in seeking out and demanding the truth.

The people create the government they deserve.

Brave men and women are risking their lives in Iraq because of a corrupt, evil, greedy, arrogant, cowardly administration that has no conscience and no soul. George Bush was told to illegally and unconstitutionally invade Iraq because Dick Cheney wants all that OIL swimming underneath Iraq's sands.
If Cheney and his 'puppet', George W. Bush, wanted to bring democracy to Iraq, there would be better ways to do it without killing tens of thousands of Iraqis and thousands of U.S. soldiers. We're there for the OIL. That's all.
Within the next ten months, Bush will also invade Iran for the same reason: OIL. Cheney wants all that OIL so he and his friends at Exxon-Mobil can get richer and richer and richer.
If we wanted to spread democracy throughout the world, why aren't we invading all the other dictatorships ruled by evil despots? Because they have no easily accessible OIL.
Instead of implementing plans to reduce America's dependency on OIL, Cheney and Bush prefer to boost the profits of those corporations that are part of the giant military-industrial complex and increase the profits of the OIL companies.
We're fighting Iraq because we want it OIL. Nothing else matters to the Bush administration. -RKO-

Being President is like a drug high , after a while you start thinking you can do anything. And that's where problems start. In fact a lot of people think America can do anything but that is sadly not the case, as Vietnam proved. Ho Chi Min used to say,"We never lost any planes in the war, because we never had any." With a smile.

Sorry, but we're also the world's biggest arms merchant. Think of it as patriotism to die being shot at by guns we manufactured and sold (or gave) to the people who are shooting at us. It keeps the economy moving!

Oh, you wanted the real answer? Yes, of course there are better ways for America to use its power. Doing good for people, building hospitals, feeding the hungry, building schools, all of these would be much better than being piggish bullies pushing weaker countries around "just because we can, you wanna make something of it?"

If we don't take the fight to the terrorists, and their ilk, we will have to fight them in American cities. Our brave men and women are fighting to keep America free and to bring freedom to downtrodden people around the world. May God bless our troops as they do a wonderful job. God bless America, too!

What else do you expect America to do with all those missiles, machine guns, grenades, ground to air missiles, jet launched bombs, armoured vehicles ? - besides people have been killed, mutilated for decades in Iraq by their own despots, so why get all conscientious about it now?

Cos Blair is a puppet for Bush and neither of them will pull their troops out. It is not our war, too many of our soldiers are dying now, it is time we pulled them all out. If the Iraqi's wanna blow stuff up, then fine, but leave our boys and girls out of it.

Because the oil might be in Texas, but the dip sticks are in DC. I support our soldiers 100% but we need to bring them home.

You are naive. The US does not need to use its power. They are the world's policemen, and Iraq is still unsettled.

Right now the American Military is all volunteer. Right now we are in foreign countries to help others who can't fight for themselves. Right now we are trying to prevent another 9/11 that could easily happen near you and take the life of someone near and dear to you.
