HEY, THIS WILL WORK!!!

You don't need to do a system restore.
Start the computer in safe mode by pressing F8 at boot repeatedly. (If you have to press the reset button to reboot, go right on ahead) Then when you get into windows, go to display properties and set your resolution down to 800x600. Then restart the computer.

Try pressing ctrl and alt and del at the same time and see what happens. If not then you may have to do a soft reboot.

yes just hit alt, ctl delete and the screen shoul come back up for you to see what you are doing

yea somehow. Ithink you go to like control panel or something like that
I dont know but i Know my husband had to do it before
