I think I'd rather have diarrhea. As long as I was at home. I'd probably rather puke if I were in a public place.

If I really had to choose then I would say to "puke". Diarrhea burns like hell. I'd rather "puke" and be done with it.

I think I would rather have diarrhea - as long as the public place had a toilet. I cannot stand that feeling you get when you need to puke!!

I never puked in public. When I was a wee lad, I always had this horrific fear that I would horf in class. And whilst that never happened to me, I did see a few friends bring up their respective breakfasts. The puke dust used for clean-up never smelled very good. I remember in grade school, every time you'd hear on the intercom, "We need a janitor in Mrs. Smith's room." Oh! That means somebody puked.
