I wa at work checking in vendors and entering invoices into the computers. I could not wait to get home to see what all the fuss was about. Even though I lived too far to really be affected by the tragedy, I was very sad. And to this day I am scared to fly. Also, my fear of heights has intensified. And I can't help but wonder what those that had to choose death by jumping or burning were thinking. ANd those on the top floor at the restaurant. What did they think when they realized that they would not be rescued? This saddens me to this day. I hope that I never have to go through a tragedy first hand like that.

Supervising a construction project. One of the foreman's talk about the news when the first plane hit the tower, but the meeting go over. In a few minutes all the cellular phones began to ring. I say OK the meeting is canceled, I need to see the news on TV. I went to my parent's house, close to the project, and I can't believe what I saw. I love New York, I start to cry.
