This email is a hoax (and a pretty old one, at that). Spammers and scammers write emails that they know you won't be able to resist passing along. As you forward these to your friends and family, the email addresses of everyone who you send it to and everyone who had it before you are plainly visible. Eventually they travel back into the hands of spammers and scammers--- might not be the exact ones that started the hoax but that doesn't matter to them. Don't fall for it.

I understand why your upset over this and I don't quite understand it either. Those boys should have their lives taken away from them too, even if they were alive in a prison somewhere their lives still would not really be theirs to live as they wanted. Not like they have now, freedom to do as they please.
