I don't know. Dreams usually have symbolic meaning. It probably doesn't mean you want to cheat with this guy. Don't worry about it.

It means you don't even trust yourself or your boy friend.
Having one of your friend in the dream could also mean you want to show off your popularity. You basically may need attention at the moment, and that is why you dreamed of cheating.

i had a dream like that........when i was pregnant it didnt mean **** just maybe u were horny your guy didnt give u any you saw or talked to your guy friend last so u dreamed about him big deal or maybe just maybe u have feelings for him deep down in side
