My husabnd and I have been married for a short period of time but have been together for a few years now. However lately my husband has been working long hours and long days. He does not pay as much attention to me as he use too and now I don't know what to do. I have already treid talking to him but he sais that he is too tired to talk to me about it and so on and so on. What more can I do?

unforunately you have doing the number one thing which is talk to him. the only thing i can say is im guessing his work might be pushing him harder. i think if im getting the right vibe from you that he isnt cheating then allow him time to work back out of what ever he is into let him know that you two need to have a day and talk and let him know you understand that what he is doing is for the two of you and you love that he is doing his best but set a reasonable time for him to start a slow transition back to normal hours such as starting next month tell him he needs to cut his hours back on fridays or a half hour every day and let him know you expect him to slowly cut back each week or every other week so his work wont take a seriouse hit all at once, becuase if the loose a key player like that all at one time it could hurt his career and unintentionally hurt your household. support him the best you can assuming there isnt a reason to suspect anything so many women now adays wish they had a husband who did have work ethics and really could work like your man. sendhim some flowers some time at work to say thank you and that you love him or some other goofy chick thing he might like lol good luck

I seem to have the same dilemma except with my fiance. He works long days and I work nights. The only time we spend together is on Sundays which he likes to work on things outside and around the house, while I like to stay in the house. We plan a "date" night once a month where we go out to dinner or a movie and I find this helps as it makes me feel special and he also enjoys spending time with me, not having to worry about work. He's also tired when he gets home and when i get home from work most of the time he's already sleeping, which makes me upset because I want to spend time with him and talk about our day. I make his lunch and I leave a little note in it saying things like I hope you have a good day, and kind of recap my previous day, and he'll respond with a note saying how his day went. It's tough when your both busy but you have to make a effort to listen to each other and make time to spend with each other.

Men pour their life into their work when they are stressed. Keep pursuing talking to him. He'll open up eventually. The first few years of marriage are hard...it's a big adjustment. It gets better, it's just hard work :)

is it because of financial reason that he as to worked thoses long hours have a talk with him offer to get a part time job to help out,no relationship is perfect you have to worked on it every day ,offer him to go to counseling. have faith in your love things will worked out good luck.
