hi, worm is a disgusting and infamous kind of virus, perhaps you can try Norton or Mcafee to remove the virus, but you should pay for the software.
i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.
besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

search google for antivirus for W32.Alcra.b u'll get it and as it is spaciallised for the same may recover ur damage. TC

best way. search the web for a program called "resolve for w32.alcra". the prog should be about 100kb.

step 2: click run
step 3: type regedit.exe
step 4: u open HKLM_CLASSES_ROOT
step 5: search for that key in that confusing list
