BILLY IDOL WHITE WEDDING is always good to get people out on the floor after they've had a few!

The song while the garter is being taken off should be that one by sir mixalot, I like big butts and I cannot lie...tee hee, she'll kill ya!

Anything but....

1. YMCA
2. Love Shack
3. Car Wash

Try some Sinatra and the Rat Pack. Most people know at least a few of their hits. Also some neo swing like Big Bad Voodoo Daddy.

omg there are so many songs.
haha but that sounds to me like she's just saving money by not hiring a dj. it'd be different if you were a dj, or at least really into music, which i'm assuming you aren't if you have to ask for good wedding songs on yahoo.

I went to a wedding last April and they had hired The Rolling Stones and they played anything you wanted to hear of course don't know what your budget is ?? But consider all the ages of the guest !!

I suggest that you pick different types of music that your sister likes. It is her day. If you don't like her style, then mix in a little bit of your likes with hers.

Mix it up, get songs from different generations, and different genres that people can dance to.

I.E- Dean Martin, Elvis Presley, Josh Groban, some pop songs etc.
