NO!!! I'm a kid, and even I know that!!! The way you get pregnant is (why you aksing? You're a GUY) when some dude sticks his beef in a girl's taco! LOL!!! :) Just joking... the way you really get pregnant is a male inserts his penis in a woman's vagina entrance and when the penis ejaculates, filling the woman's vagina and releasing millions of sperm. The sperm swim as fast as they can to the egg cell, and the first sperm to penetrate the egg fertilizes it and thus begins the process of having a baby. Now... sometimes it doesn't always happen that way. Most of the sperm die. Sometimes more than one fertilizes the egg.
If you don't want to take the risk, wear a condom. If you swallow the stuff (I forgot what it's called), the sperm won't fertilize the egg. They'll just die in the acids of your stomach. It's gross. I don't even know why I just explained this to you. I'm a kid. Gosh...

In Current Science medical journal, there was a study on a woman who had oral sex with a dude. She later got stabbed in the stomach area and came up pregnant.
I'm not making this up, I used to work for the journal.
However, normally, the stomach does not lead to the cervix or uterus, so pregnancy doesn't happen.
