than men when it comes to holding a higher position in the work force ( to prove that they can do job just as well or better). People who work for women do you think they are a meaner boss then if you had a man at that position? ( and no I'm not a boss just need some feed back)

My boss is female and no I don't think she is mean at all....I think it just has to do with personality and not what position they hold....

No it rather is in keeping with risk a stable element to be truthful, as i understand us women human beings are cynical with adult males! categories are often issues like oh he's physically powerful finding yet he's a participant or he's a effective guy yet not or some thing like that. it fairly is probably a stable element you have not been labelled and a fashion of complimenting the reality which you're in comparison to numerous different guy.
