is it possible to blog their number on your cellphone???

The only way I can think of blogging via cell phone is with Blogger. You can call a number at Blogger and record an audio message which can be attached to your Blogger blog. It seems you can email pics from your camera phone, too. I don't know about publishing a record of the person who keeps calling you. You probably want to publish their caller ID? I couldn't help ya with that one.

depending on what kind of phone u have, if ur phone don't offer that feature try to call ur cell company
