The voltage ranges from 100 watt to as high as 15,000 watt. Which one do I need to safely use my destop in Asia??

Look at the back of the power suply you have now....flip the little resesed black switch from 115 to 230

why's u mixing voltage & wattage
i do not follow u'r question from a technical perspective !

typically, most desktops have a selector switch 110 / 230 volts ac
asia is a large continent
check voltage in host country & put selector switch in correct position

You are mixing apples and oranges. The voltage from the transformer will be constant but a higher wattage transformer will allow you to connect more devices. If the transformer puts out the correct VOLTAGE it does not matter how high the WATTAGE rating is.
