How do you set up a Journal that no one can see except the author?

well through microsoft word u can set up a securtiy so that it appears like a blank doc. but when u put in the password it all shows up

in your computer you can classify for lack of a better term, files as hidden and then no one can see that their there.

unless, that person knows about the ol' hidden file trick.
