I am 16, i am about 6ft 2in tall white male, my flacid penis length is 6 inches and errect is between 7 and 8 inches. could it get naturally bigger or am i out of luck.

Well..I have some good news...and some you might think is good but probably isn't.
The good news - the average male penis is about 5 1/2 inches erect, so you are already well above that and big enough to please ANY woman, and too big for many women.
Ask any man that is too big and he'll tell you its kind of a drag to have to be careful not to poke too far or you'll hurt her. Plus most women are going to have a tough time doing oral on that beast (unless you are pencil thin) and are going to pass on anal with a larger man.
Now for the maybe good or not so good news - some men do continue to gain size into their mid-twenties.
And for a dose of reality - most women don't care about penis size unless it is microscopic (pretty darn rare) OR it is too big. While men choose women on visual cues, women look mostly for personality (not to say looks don't matter, but it isn't our primary concern). We NEVER shop for a mate by penis size. In fact most women, when approached by a man who brags about his size prior to the relationship becoming sexual, are turned OFF by that behavior.
My thoughts are typical of many, if not most, women - if telling me you have a big penis is what YOU consider your best selling point, then you have nothing else to offer me.
Work on your personality first, then you can work on being a tender and generous lover, and you'll never have to sweat your size.

To be honest, youre a little ABOVE the normal "white male range" for your dimensions, so count your luck stars be thankful your above average penis is the only thing that you have to worry about!
