Sure I have something good for it but I cant give you one through the screen.
Other than that soak in a tub of hot water, then put an ice pack on it. A good massage or going to the chiropractor would help too.

Sit ups: work your way up to 210
Touch toes: work your way up to 100
That'll learn your back to hurt, it works, takes about 6 months to get there if you work out everyday.
