Don't use alcohol or peroxide on piercings, it can eat away freshly healed skin. Use Dial anti-bacterial soap (fragrance free) to clean them, rinse with water, and then apply Bactine or saline solution to them. This way will help them heal the fastest.

RE:
can you put hydrogen peroxide on piercings?

It is better to clean you piercings with either alcohol or a solution of water and Epsom salt. I put hydrogen peroxide on one of my piercings and it kept making the piercing develop a scab. I would use something else.

They tell you not to. There is a solution sold anywhere they pierce ears that is more soluble and will penetrate better
