I have lost 75lbs. but none of my boobs, although I have lost band size. I went from a 48DD to a 42DD. So the answer to your question is, yes, you can lose weight without losing your boobs. If you are small chested it is more likely that you may lose some of your boobs, but not all. Hope this helps. Good Luck!

i know that happens more if you're losing weight the medicinal way , that is by taking supplements/pills or any sort of herbal water but if you just control your diet and properly and excercise at least 45 min. a day(only cardiac sort....jogging and reach-ups etc.) it wont really affect you.
anyway i guess once a big bobby always a big booby, 'cuz ur boobs will remain large according to your figure and weight.

good luck!

p.s. try eating pickles now and then and also this thing called "imli"(in urdu, dont kno what its called in english)

Thats the biggest thing with losing weight, you get thin but then you get flat!
As far as i know, if you are losing weight in a healthy manner (ie: exercise and healthy diet) then you can work your pectoral muscles and that will help some with the loss.
Other than that, its the extra weight or the boobs babe!!! :)

Good Luck :)

You can take supplements to increasethe mamary glands so they appear to be the same... I noticed that taking vitamin B drops has incresed mine to pms firmness all the time (minus the sensitivity thank god...). You could also take birth control pills... the estrogen and progesterone increase you mamaries quite nicely.. usually a half to two whole cup sizes depending on the amount of hormones in them.

Also, work your pectoral muscles when losing weight, you can increase your appearance and size by increasing the muscle mass behind the breast.

Hope I helped and good luck!

When you start working out the boobs are the first thing to go! I lost a whole cup size when I lost ten pounds. They are still cute and perky though.
The only way to fix the problem if they are already small is to get implants.

Boobs are primarly made up of fatty tissue. If you lose body fat, you loose boob mass. Don't worry, there are bras out there that are padded. Good luck!
