Heck yeah i do, i tried a little study all three of the yards including mine needed to be mowed around me, so i mowed it within two days the others mowed theirs. so i think its a monkey see monkey do thing or maybe a little bit of wanting to not be tthe last one with grass knee high..

Yes. I've noticed that neighborhoods typically cut their lawns around the same time -- it's positive peer pressure.
