I'm currently using Windows XP Pro (SP2). Everything's up to date. I have Anti-Spy and AD software installed and running. My PC has multiple user accounts. When I try to visit certain websites when logged in with my account, they do not load. But if I log in to another user's account, the load without a problem.

i would have to say either you dont have the plug ins to view those sites, or my best bet is to say that your anti spy ware is preventing it, try disabling the anti software and then see if it loads those sites up, and if that dont work, go to your internet options/ advanced/ restore defaults

It is probably the browser you are using. The last upgrade of XP seemed to screw up a lot of things. Download a browser that works with windows and takes the place of IE. It is free.
