If you need to wear them all the time then I would highly recommend using cloth diapers.

I'm incontinent and an active male adult and I wear diapers 24 / 7 due to a medical condition. I always wear cloth diapers and waterproof pants unless I'm traveling then that is the only time I will use disposables.

If you want a good inexpensive disposable then go to Wal-Mart and buy their Assurance brand of diapers for adults. The medium size comes 22 to a package and they are only around $8.50 a package.

They have 3 tapes on each side, a wetness indicator and a good snug fit and are very absorbent. If you need extra absorbency then do what I do, I take a baby diaper and slit the protective covering and put it inside the disposable as a soaker. It works great and more than doubles the capacity.

Good luck.
