He may not have started life out this way, but it's obvious that his years of cocaine abuse and alcoholism have killed off any brain cells that were viable.

I think he's a lot smarter than we give him credit for. While we are all busy talking about how stupid he is, he's stacking the Supreme Court and attaching all sorts of scary bills to other bills just so they'll get passed while no one is looking. If everyone thought he was really smart and really sneaky, everyone would pay more attention to what he is doing. He kinda scares me in that way.
