In all honesty, the best way to do that would be to cut the tree down. There's no way to keep the tree and stop it from bearing apples.
Sorry...

only by removing each flower from the tree before it becomes a fruit bud.
Other than that, you could spread netting on the ground under the tree after apples start falling, and just haul away each day's drop of apples, then spread the netting out again. Or, invest in having a professional prune the tree, then spray it with pesticides each year so the apples won't be wormy, then, at harvest time, have neighbors come in and take the apples for their own use.
If you have a large crop each year, start a composting heap, but make sure to stir it often, and add soil to hasten the composting process.

If you cut if back by 2/3 it won't produce fruit for another season or 2, but what's the point in having it. You may as well just get rid of it

you should get rid of all the spent plant life from it after it blooms in case you like the plant life, yet it rather is what fruiting timber do. remember that this could decrease down the style of birds you come across on your backyard as properly, because many songbirds feed on the mulberry's culmination. or you will possibly prefer to get rid of the tree and replace it with something no longer so messy.

Been there done that. Seriously, cut it down because it will never get any better. It will only get worse as it gets older. More apples and more birds and more mess.

I don't think so, why don't you like apples? Pick them up and give them to someone.
