Hi.

If you are using a web-based e-mail account, you should have no problem accessing your e-mail via whatever web browser she has installed. First, you'll connect to the Internet via whatever mechanism she has available at her house - dial-up, cable, DSL, etc. Then just open a web browser and connect to your account.

If you're using a service like comcast, they probably have a web-based interface BUT you can also get your SMTP/POP3 mail server name from them. You can use Yahoo! Mail to read e-mail from your other account. Just enter the mail server(s) name (e.g. outgoing mail server smtp.comcast.net and incoming mail server pop3.comcast.net) into your web-based e-mail account settings (e.g.Yahoo! Mail).

I hope this helps.

You'd need to tell us more about that.

Basically though:
1) Do you go to a website to read your email when you are normally at home?
2) Do you open Outlook on your PC and it just comes into there?

You will need to know:
a) Your email host
b) If it has a webmail version
c) your username
d) your password

Depending on what email server you use, you should be able to go to their website and sign on to retrieve your mail online...

Sign in as you usually do and you should get it. If she has a different server, then go to your home page or email server and sign in.
