Not really. You are just thinking ahead, and being rested and prepared for another day. "Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise".There is no cut off age for that.

I have no husband, no kids, no pets to take care of so I go t bed when I want to.
Which may be anywhere from 7 PM to 11:30 PM

depends on when you have to wake up for work. 9:30 is still a descent hour to go to bed. Oh.... did you mean PM?

Not old. Usually mature and your body clock is set to a certain time of waking up and getting up. I wish I could achieve that now! I am tired of late nights and early mornings but its a hard to cycle to break especially when you are a full time college student!
