What is Marriage?
Marriage is not just a piece of paper nor an assurance to tied-up to. Love is where it all starts; without love there is nothing to tie the two half to become one, because love is unconditional it requires RESPECT,SENSIBILITY, EMPATHY, PATIENCE and *COMMUNICATION. Life is difficult, we know that. Trials to a certain degree could make couple loose their visions and goals and crumble into unplanned track and regret. They should never collide especially in the negative sense. It sounds like this, "I could fly higher than an eagle for you are the wind beneath my wings!"
Talk to her patiently and don't interrupt! You would create collision if you do. She would be defensive and you with your ego. Don’t let her down. You should know the timing if she feels insecure or worried, this is the time she needs you most to pull herself!
If there is problem, aim to solve them. DON'T LET YOUR EGO/PRIDE control you, she is your wife; your another half. Don' be so negative, because it provokes wrong interpretations.
If you are married: you are not alone and should never be selfish.

there is your answer 17 years. wow that's pretty long time .
I've been only married for 3 years and we are getting a divorce already for the same problem lack of sex. But I would not be so sure about her not cheating. She could be in love with someone else and not cheating. But again I don't know since I don't have a lot of information. YOu guys need some time apart from each other to figure things out and refreshen your relationship. Have you been on vacation together recently? Make some small changes in your daily routin that would bring some excitement. Do you plan your weekends? do that it will bring some spark into your life. doesn't have to cost a fortune - little stuff can be very enjoyable too.

Okay I would not jump to conclusions here... just because she is not in the mood to have sex does not mean she is cheating!! There are a few factors that can play in to this... you have been married 17 years- what made you both fall in love in the first place? Have you tried do extra things like give her love notes or just romancing her and making her feel special? Sometimes we get caught in our daily lives and fall apart from each other... stress is a leading cause in the bed room. Try massages, bubble baths- talk to her and ask her if something brothering her or is there something that might help her to get in the mood. Some women end up having to talk to their doctor and get a special cream to help. There are many reasons that this could be happening- it is not unusual after being married some time esp. 17 years to go through this. The person who would know best is your wife- just try talking with her. Good Luck and remember marriage is like a fire you have to keep working at to keep it warm. Sometimes it dies out but can be rekindle with work!

Maybe you should try to be romantic with her sex is not every thing in a marriage try to do something new surprise her with something she would like or have a candle light dinner and put some roses on the bed and tell her that she means the world to you and you dont know what would you do without her in your life and then make love not sex just sweet romantic love you will see that she will fall in love with you again.

You can NOT be sure that she is not cheating unless you spend 265 days 24/7 with her.....No sex usually means they're getting it elsewhere.................of couse not always but usually.

She is saving it for someone else...
Women, when straying have this need to be true to their boyfriends.
It's OK to cheat on the husband, but not on the b/f.

She is probably not being pleased sexually so there is no purpose to have sex in her mind. Have you asked her why?

It may be a hormonal thing. Have you talked to her about it? It may have nothing to do with you.
