should i take another pill to replace it or just wait tomorrow and take two at the time

I would wait until your stomach settles before attempting to take another pill. I don't think you are supposed to take 2 at once, because you would be giving yourself a double dose of hormones. I think it is that you should not take 2 pills within a 12-hr period. If you got sick about 2 hours afte you had taken the pill, some or all of it may have been absorbed. You are probably better off just waiting until tomorrow and taking only one pill at your regular time. Be sure to use a condom if you have sex. If you still have the packaging from your pills, this will be decribed for you in detail. Good luck!

Im assuming you didnt throw up because of the pill. Dont take another, wait till tomorrow and take just one. I think your dr would tell you you will have to use other protection till you start your next pack but best to call and ask.

so if I took a pill and YOU got sick and threw up? that doesn't make sense but i get what you mean... just use a backup method of birth control for about a week and you should be fine...

Call the pharmacist who filled the prescription. The ones at Walgreens, CVS, etc will answer your question also.
