NO! rooney's younger, and is still improving, and has more years in him. ronaldinho wouldn't be as good in england, it would be too physical for him. i'm not saying that's a negative thing, it's just not they way la liga is

i don't know...ronaldinho is quite impressive...i mean, rooney is great and all, and i'm an england fan so i like him, but ronaldinho is just amazing.
