i have a dark line under my moth that make it look like i have a mustach how do i get that line off ! please answer

Try a skin tone cream, I recommend Ambi. Takes up to 3 weeks.
Juice of lemon rubbed there is effective too, (but it takes longer)

I think it is not the dark line that is your problem...but the Moth.

use an abrasive pad and a good cleaner, but don't over do it, it will make the skin raw and that is not the look you would want, use it every couple of days on the off colored parts of the skin,
