He only drinks breast milk and fomula, and his poop is usually yellowish, but lately I found something greenish and solid in his diaper. Does anyone know what it is? Should I be concerned?

If you are concerned, go to a doctor. I know that it's nice to get reassurance from people whilst you are waiting, but the reassurance may lead you down the wrong path. Speak to your health professional about this, and get the facts from that person.
I hope that everything is okay.

Babies sometimes do produce a green stool but I'd take him to the doctors for a check up and to put your mind at ease.
