My two favorite sites are guitartabs.cc and ultimate-guitar.com
Both are pretty good about their selection of songs, even though some tabs are way off. ultimate-guitar.com is the better of the two. it has more songs and more accurate tabs.

type in "guitar tab[s]" into yahoo\google search
look for some sites that have the bands you like and find the song

Go to olga.net. A lot of the stuff is wrong, but you get a general idea of things.
