how to fix my sparkler on my zippo

One of two things is likely wrong (besides your calling it a 'sparkler'):

1) The flint is worn and needs replaced. You can get a flint at most stores that sell zippo lighters.

2) The fabric wick is flodded or worn, so no more fluid (or too much) can be pulled up from the resevoir.

Take the case off the lighter. Turn it upside down. Remove the screw on the bottom and pull out the spring. Put in a new flint. Replace the spring and screw. As long as you have it open, top it off with new lighter fluid. Put the case back on and you are ready for action. Caution, do not use near flame or fire. lol

The best thing to do is to go to the store where you bought it form and ask them to fix it. It's much safer and they will probably do it for free.
