Yes... The shoes arrive very quickly and you don't have to pay shipping, even if you want to return them.
The selection is awesome and the prices a decent. Can often find some great name-brand bargains on sale. Go for it!!! One of the best online merchants I've dealt with. I've been buying ALL my shoes there for a couple years now.

YES. Zappos is a really good company to buy shoes from, they're very reliable. Plus, if the shoes don't fit, the return shipping is FREE.
I'd say go for it. I've bought a lot of shoes from them, and I've always been satisified.

I've used Zappos. I got a hard to find pair of Pumas at a great price. Timely shipping too.

I haven't but my best friend has and she loves it. They are true to their claims and she has found some high quality shoes at great prices for herself and her husband.

Nope never. I never buy shoes online. I'm scared when I buy them they won't fit. It's better to try shoes before you buy them.
