i do have a lawyer.
i have no reason to have my children taken. i have always been there since day 1,
he became a father when my youngest was a year old
i do not fight with him he gets angry about stupid things and fights me.
all comuniction is through wirtting on my end now.
i also had to suck up the fact that there is no financial help coming in from a man who can afford it but invite him to my sons first day of school which he brought his girlfriend and didn't help pay for supplies or registration. he dosen't work and neither dose his girlfriend.
i have a full time job and even though there is a court order for support and help with daycare i am the one paying!
not him

you are going through all this drama because this is what you want to do....get a lawyer and let the lawyer know what you expect from him...1)...divorce..2)..child support..3)half of any income that he has...4) half of his retirement,if he is in titled to any, and quit all that arguing and just go on and let nation takes its course....all of this unnecessary fighting is only going to put you in the hospital for stress related heart attack

if he is backed in child support and he has the money to pay it the judge will OK hard at that , and in most states even if he ends up getting custody it doesn't change what he owes unless you agree

You have to have the child support enforced. When this happens if he does not pay, his wages will be garnished. You will even get his income tax return until he is current. You can also have it set up for him to pay your legal fees!

That is sad that it has gotten so bad. The kids are the ones that wind up hurt.
