i was just wondering because a polish guy that i know who has just come from poland just a few weeks ago always winks at me when i see him everyday.

I assume that they greet people with as wide a range of greetings as others have available. It's hard to say why he greets you with a wink. It may be exclusive to his interaction with you, or he may wink at everybody. I use to live next door to a Falcon Lodge and the Polish members used most of the common greetings I have seen used by everybody else.

lol...you are SO funny! are u serious with that question? first of all you people don't have a clue where Poland is located and you act surprised that we even exist! We are just like u ppl! We greet each other just like u do.....and no we don't lick each other faces when we greet! u should start learning about other cultures cuz u are too ignorant about other countries.

Normal, Girls give a little peck on the cheek to both sexes. Probably imported from Russian culture.
