That is a chard choice. I don't like Sasuke, but he looks better drawn than Gaara. I'll go with Gaara, because he has a harder life than Sasuke and he has cool panda eyes.

Gaara because he becomes human while sasuke loses his humanity. (meaning, gaara eventually learns emotions while Sasuke loses his self for power)
