Yes, go to the calculator program that comes on your computer Start > All Programs > Accessories > Calculator
Take the percentage and convert that to decimal by percent/10 and multiply that by the number

You could use the one on your computer or go to www.calculator.com. You can look for the percentage calculator there and type in the values you know to get the one you don't know.

There is a built-in calculator in Windows OS.
Go to the start --> program--> accessories --> Calc
If you have excel, you can use that too! it require some programming.
