I've never known a single man ever in my life, that cheated.
But I've known several women who do.

Single men cheat because they are still looking for qualities that they haven't found in their current relationship. I think most people think that cheating is not that bad as long as you don't , or your girlfriend doesn't have a ring on her finger. Men tend to cheat because of the way another woman makes them feel. Most men won't leave their marriage, they just want to feel appreciated,needed and they are looking for an ego boost. Never trust a man who is cheating on his wife, if he could cheat on her, he'll sure enough cheat on you too.Just for the record, I think women who cheat pretty much do it for the same reason, and they cheat just as often.

Getter that bitter taste out of your mouth. Men and women cheat. Arguably more women cheat then men, because they can. Men have to chase, wine and dine, and so on. Women can just open up to a little dude and get it.
Do not generalize. Not all men are bad. If you are having problems with your men, or a lot a have cheated on you, change where you find them.

Men and women cheat for the same reasons. Lack of attention, lack of morals, respect for their partner and or family, lack of respect for themsleves, wanting their egos stroked...I could go on and on. Its not just men. It is too scary out there to cheat, so many diseases and crazy people. Everyone needs to find someone to love and stick with it.

People cheat when they are unhappy, or unsure, about the choices they've made for their lives. Some regrets just generate more regrets, which is pattern.

men aren't the only ones, you should rephrase the question to why people cheat...I haven't but one of my friends has...its horrible!!
