I can't recall ever seeing a female model that I thought was showing too much skin, is that phrase even valid when regarding beautiful women??

In a high fashion context. . .
You have to realize that modeling is a job. Designers and stylists tell models what and what not to wear. They have little to no say in what they're going to wear. If a model is asked to posed topless or wear a transparent top, she has the option of continuing or not continuing with the shoot or the show.
These girls are actually more covered up in real life. A lot of them come from Eastern Europe and Russia, which gives you an idea of their upbringing. Even Gisele and Adriana, who are both Brazilian, admit to dressing more conservatively outside of work. Just because a girl is showing a lot of skin doesn't automatically mean that she's promiscuous.
If you're talking about a different kind of model. . . then that's a different story.

Yes I do. It makes me feel like I will never be good enough. But on the other hand that is their job. Most of the time they don't get to pick what they wear. If they refuse to wear something 'cause they feel like they are showing to much the agency or whoever they are working for will just get someone who will not mind wearing whatever.

yeah - but for them its all about whose PAYING to see them that way. Its ALL about the money. Often models are just a bad girl (prostitute) of a different type.
Normal people have no good reason to have everything hanging out it. A lot of times its just plain gross. Read_ NOT attractive.
Nothing is worse than an attention seeker that has no self esteem. So obvious they have no self respect and THAT is not sexy.

No, they show as much skin as they feel comfortable with & they get paid for it -so it's their choice. I certainly would not stop them. It's legal & doesn't hurt anyone, so why would it be wrong? BTW, Noman -Cindy Crawford has posed nude.

That depends on the models of course.. I remember Cindy Crawford and her modeling.. She was conservative and did not over expose herself. I do NOT believe that a model should over expose

no, fashion is an art, Venus is a nude. nipples, crack, and such i feel is uncomfortable for many, i feel if the model is out for sexual reason then yes, but art is a expression of emotion, so this could go back and forth, so.....my opinion is no but it's an opinion
