i have p3 700 mhz, 256mb ram, 64mb geforce card...wanna upgrade to the above specifications..will it work? also have a new 400w smps..please dont tell me to upgrade my processor..i dont wanna now..though i will in the future..thanks!

I dont see any reason y that shouldnt work. I have a PIII 1ghz system with 512mb ram & a 128mg Geforce card.
