If you read the insurance policy, I don't believe it covers physical damage to your unit. Sorry.

If you got insurance on the DS Lite, it is a one-year guarantee on the system, so they should have given you another one or directed you to another Gamestop that has DS Lite in stock. That is the whole thing with their guarantees, if it breaks inside of a year, you should be able to receive another one with no questions asked. If they still give you a problem after that, I would ask to speak to either the District Manager or simply call their home office.

what did they say exactly regarding the insurance on it?
did they try saying you didn't have it?
If you have proof of insurance, and it covers physical damage, go over there and threaten to go over their heads straight to gamestop corporate with this matter.....they should comply and give a new one. If not, get the name(s) of the employee, contact there corporate office, report the employee, and demand a new DS LITE. Hope This Helps You.......oh, and yeah, they are full of it. Try EB Games.

at first, that's accepted to experience annoying. specifically cases that's not undemanding to be imaginitive devoid of being self experience of right and incorrect. i began a e book a twelve months in the past and that i comprehend what you mean once you're saying that it feels previous and drained. in case you get an theory for yet another e book you're able to no longer discard it. besides the indisputable fact that; you're able to no longer overlook your first tale. What I do is have a workstation specifically for innovations. no longer purely innovations for sparkling memories yet for issues and events for a narrative that i'm engaged on. That way i'm able to circulate on devoid of forgetting. I additionally don't experience rushed. you placed the products mutually whenever you like. as far because of the fact the dictionary element is going, i think of you're able to easily write the way you in many cases talk. You tale could sound such as you! And if, jointly as rereading your paintings, you experience that it desires greater clever words, then pull out the previous be conscious checklist. you're able to do a touch examine yet considering that's technology fiction/fantasy, I say make some stuff up! have exciting with it. It should not be giving you an tension attack! i'm hoping that helped a touch! perfect desires and good success!

I once bought a used game for PS2 from them. They SAID they checked each game before selling it and that it WORKED FINE. Guess what. The game didn't even get to the start menu; it froze and wouldn't go on! I had bought it from a Gamestop really far from my house because the local one "couldn't find it." So I had to go back there the next day and refund it.

k buddy heres the thing i learned this the hardway as well with my psp at future shop when the sell you insurance or a guarentee it covers parts and labor not physical damage which means that if you drop it, sit on it whatever they dont have to give you a new one my suggestion check with your insurance company (the bank one) see if they cover damaged items even if you spin a b ullshit story they might give you money to fix it or buy it. bottom line dont by extended warranties or whatever they call em
so no i never got ripped at gamestop i got ripped at future shop
