CD-R media is pretty cheap now... Why not just create another without the song? Use a freeware audio CD ripper to get the songs off the CD and save them as wav files. Use any CD burning software to recreate it without the song you don't want. LINK TO FREE CD RIPPER: http://www.filepedia.com/audio_software/mp3_tools/Audio_CD_Ripper.cfm

no, i dont think u can do that with a cd-r. thats so weird cuz i did that same thing yesterday wen i burnt a c.d. i wanted the radio edited version of "get low" bye lil jon and the east side boys, but i got the one that just had the bad words taken out. like instead of it saying "Til the sweat drops down and falls, all these females crawl..." it says "till the sweat drops down my ...., all these .... crawl. and it sounds stupid cuz there is just a pause. Well yeah, but i'm pretty sure you need a CD-RW to take the song off and replace it. SORRY! I KNOW HOW U FEEL!

No, it's not possible, in fact, once you burn your cd, it's completely "un-eraseable", because every burning software makes it that way, the so-called "Do not start multi-session, Finish Disc" option, and besides, the CD-R's structure won't let you, because they're Recordable only, once you burn them, you can't go back and erase them...Hope it helps you...=)
